Today, we’re ready to announce two new additions to our NUC portfolio: the ASUS NUC 14 Pro and ASUS NUC 14 Pro+. The first NUCs to feature Intel’s latest 14th Gen Core Ultra CPUs, these PCs give you outstanding performance, excellent I/O capabilities, and easy system integration, all in compact designs that you can hold in the palm of your hand.
ASUS NUC delivers cutting-edge upgrades and trusted designs
ASUS NUC mini PCs come in a variety of form factors, but the 4×4 chassis is perhaps the most iconic. The ASUS NUC 14 Pro comes in this tried-and-true design in two variants: one, a low-profile option, and the other a unit that’s 14mm taller to accommodate an internal expansion tray. Both options are constructed of sturdy post-recycled plastic as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
For the ASUS NUC 14 Pro+, we’re debuting a new NUC chassis. Constructed of premium anodized aluminum and elongated slightly into a 5×4 design, it bears an understated confidence that communicates professionalism and innovation. The additional space allows us to further optimize the system for quiet operation, ensuring that it operates unobtrusively even with its high-performance CPU working at full tilt.
Next-gen performance that’s ready for AI
Of these two options, the ASUS NUC 14 Pro+ is your pick for premium processing power. Featuring up to a 14th Gen Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU, it establishes a new performance tier for devices of this size. Intel’s latest hybrid architecture, which integrates the CPU, GPU, and NPU (Neural Process Unit) into a single package, puts exciting new AI capabilities at your fingertips. With a large and growing open ecosystem of apps ready for AI, these new CPUs will let you take advantage of AI-accelerated ISV features for boosted productivity.
The ASUS NUC 14 Pro caps out at the plenty-powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, but it shares many of the same next-gen platform features as the NUC 14 Pro+. Both support up to 96GB of DDR5 RAM, and they have 2 onboard M.2 slots ready for fast and spacious storage drives. If you opt for the taller chassis variants, you can install a 2.5” SATA drive, as well. WiFi 6E provides fast, low-interference wireless connections to your network, and Bluetooth 5.3 lets you seamlessly connect your wireless peripherals. A 2.5Gb Ethernet port offers the stability and speed of a wired networking connection.
Fast networking, plentiful ports
Great connectivity rounds out the feature set of the NUC 14 Pro and NUC 14 Pro+. Both have two versatile Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports that are ready for anything – connecting external displays, docking stations, high-speed storage, and more, and even recharging compatible USB devices. 2 HDMI 2.1 ports let you connect additional displays, and 4 USB Type-A ports stand at the ready to connect a wide range of devices.
