I really liked my ZenFone 2, but had to return it when I discovered it didn’t support T-Mobile’s LTE Band 12. Why this serious shortcoming?
Sorry that we don’t offer band 12 on the ZenFone 2. I can’t unfortunately comment on why band 12 was left out.
I can’t find anywhere that sell Zenfone2 Laser battery (the one that is removeable), not even your website. I hope to find one on Amazon or Newegg soon, as I always carry multiple batteries for my phone.

I love ASUS technology and products.
I just have some little doubts:
Does this ZenFone 2 Láser have GPS?
Does it work with a stylus pen (does it and it’s software suport the stylus capability) ?
Does it have gravity sensors such as compass and gyroscope?
If so, why don’t you tell all that here.
We (ASUS users) want to know more.

For my every use
I’m confused. Wasn’t the Zenphone 2 Deluxe Special Edition Supposed to be with a Intel Z3590 CPU and 128GB on-board storage and with 128 GB micro SD card included? Or ASUS decided to skimp the one it sells in USA? I just visited the US Asus webpage and there it says the Deluxe Edition is with Z3580 CPU and no microSD card preloaded, while the Deluxe Special Edition is with Z3590 plus with 128GB microSD preloaded
Khang Thai, I’ve a ZenFone2, with a gold back case. But I reeeealy want to buy the illusion case from the deluxe edition, or carbon fiber from deluxe edition too, but I live in Brazil and here, on the Asus website doesn’t have these back covers… Help me, where I can buy illusion covers?
